Report abandoned houses

Sometimes tenants leave their properties without telling us. We may not know a house belonging to us has become empty. 

Empty properties are likely to be subject to vandalism or anti-social behaviour. We rely on neighbours and members of the public to report abandoned properties to us.

If you think a property has been abandoned you can tell us by: 

  • telephone: 01623 450000 (option 1 followed by option 3).

You can report empty commercial or business properties and industrial units to us too.
