Notification of interest

Freeholders, leaseholders, or owners of a property which has a premises licence can let us know of their interest in it. You do not have to tell us of your interest but if you do we'll keep you informed of licence applications and changes. 

Once you notify us we'll keep you informed of licence applications and changes to an existing licence at the property for the next 12 months. You can review at the end of the 12 months. 

Who can apply?

Anyone who has an interest in a premises in the district which has a licence against it. This may be: 

  • the freeholder
  • the leaseholder
  • legal mortgagee in respect of the premises
  • person in occupation of the premises or
  • any other person as prescribed by the Secretary of State. 

How to apply

You will need to download the application form from this page, complete it and return it to us with payment. You can make your payment online by debit or credit card.

How much does it cost?

A notification of interest costs £21 for 12 months. You can pay online with a debit or credit card.
