Floral Tributes

Following the sad announcement of the passing of HRH the Duke of Edinburgh we are aware residents may wish to mark their respects by laying floral tributes.

COVID restrictions do remain in place and large gatherings are not possible. Under the current circumstances the laying of flowers is sadly not advisable, but if you do wish to mark your respects with flowers we ask that they are laid in the following areas:

• Kingsway Park, Kirkby – Band Stand
• Titchfield Park, Hucknall – War Memorial area
• Sutton Lawn - Station Road entrance
• Brierley Forest Park – approach to the visitors centre
• Selston Country Park

Please follow social distancing guidelines if visiting these sites.

The Union flag at our Urban Road office is flying at half mast and will do so until 8pm on the day of the Dukes funeral.
