Repairs and maintenance services - 25 December 2024 to 2 January 2024

From 25 December 2024 to 2 January 2025, we will be operating a reduced Repairs and Maintenance service, attending emergency and urgent repairs only.

• To report an emergency or urgent repair, please contact us directly:
  • telephone: 01623 457999.
• For routine and non-urgent repairs, please use the Tenant Portal or complete the Request a Repair Form. Our team will schedule your repairs from 2 January 2025.

If your Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarm activates or you can smell gas, contact the National Gas Emergency Helpline

Please contact our Repairs Call Handling Centre after the National Gas Transporter has visited your home.

If you inform us of any suspected gas leaks, we will immediately inform the National Gas Transporter on your behalf before proceeding with any repairs.
